Jason, Managing Director

Leads Alton Facility Services and the office, engineering, drainage and groundworks team on this page.

Megan, office team

Often the first person customers speak to. Megan takes the details of each problem and arranges the right engineer, as on a recent pump repair in Gosport.

Dan, office team

Keeps customers informed on bigger jobs. A customer thanked Dan for his flexibility with all the back-and-forth emails on a two-week project.

Gemma, office team

Part of the office team that looks after customer enquiries and quotes.

Mike, pump engineer

Assesses and repairs pumps and treatment plants. Recent jobs include a pump repair in Gosport, a pump replacement in Alton and a treatment plant service in Liphook.

Fin, engineer

Works with Mike on pump jobs, including removing a large pump for Southern Water and checking three well pumps in Ascot.

Stu, the Blockage Hunter

Clears blocked drains and finds the cause, from root ingress in Ascot to a driveway sinkhole investigation in Farnham.

Mark, drainage

Teams up with Stu to tackle fats, oils and grease (FOG) in drains and septic tanks, including a septic tank deep clean in West Byfleet.

Steve, groundworks

Worked with the groundworks team on the septic tank replacement at Oxted Fire Station, and helps new starters learn the trade.

Joe, groundworks

One of the newest members of the groundworks team, already a real asset on recent installs, learning alongside Steve and Craig.

Borrie, apprentice

Our newest groundworks apprentice. Borrie swapped a career as a chef for boots, tools and life on site, and gets stuck in from day one.

Craig, Leeroy and Tom, site team

Praised by a customer for professional, tidy work on a challenging two-week project. Craig also helps guide new starters in the groundworks team.
