Alton Assure Pumps: home pump stations

- Essential: 1 planned visit per year. Routine annual service, pump and chamber check, alarm and control panel visual check, service report and recommendations for remedial work.
- Protect: 2 planned visits per year. Twice-yearly servicing on a seasonal rhythm, an annual condition summary and priority booking for follow-up work.

Alton Assure treatment plant servicing
Home treatment plants: planned servicing for domestic sewage treatment plants of all leading makes, including Klargester, Marsh, Tricel and GRAF. Recommended servicing is every 6 to 12 months, or as the manufacturer requires. Each visit covers the plant and its components, the air blower or pump, filter, clarifier and pipework checks, sludge level observations, control panel and alarm checks, and a service report with recommendations. Alton Assure in plain English
Alton Assure is a planned maintenance service for sites that rely on drains, pumps or wastewater systems. It is designed to be easy to understand. We agree what needs checking, how often we should attend and what should be reported after each visit.
The aim is simple: find small problems before they become disruptive callouts. During planned visits we can check chambers, pumps, floats, control panels, alarms, pipework, treatment plant equipment and drainage assets. Where something needs repair, you get a clearer record of the fault and the recommended next step.
This is useful for commercial buildings, managed residential sites, rural properties, care environments, schools, estates and facilities teams. It can sit alongside treatment plant maintenance, pump station servicing, tanker support, CCTV surveys and emergency drainage work.

What Alton Assure is designed to prevent
Alton Assure is aimed at sites where drainage, pumps, sewage treatment plant equipment or wastewater assets need regular attention rather than reactive callouts only after a failure. A planned agreement helps identify wear, blockages, high-level risks, electrical faults, poor pump performance and compliance concerns before they become more expensive or disruptive.
Typical assets covered can include sewage pump stations, packaged pump chambers, foul pumps, basement pumps, booster sets, sewage treatment plants, septic tank conversion assets, surface water drainage, gullies, interceptors, manholes and associated pipework. The exact schedule depends on the equipment, site use, risk level, access and any previous fault history.
For commercial sites and managed properties, planned visits can also create a clearer record of condition and recommended remedial work.
