This promotion is offered by Alton Facility Services (“AFS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Offer

Eligible customers may receive a 10% discount on their first order with AFS by quoting one of the following promotional codes: AFS10, AFS10ins, AFS10WS or AFS10LI.

Maximum Discount Value

The total discount applied under this promotion shall not exceed £5,000 per customer, order, or organisation, regardless of the total contract or order value.

How to Redeem

The promotion must be redeemed by quoting the applicable promotional code (AFS10, AFS10ins, AFS10WS or AFS10LI) at the time of initial enquiry via email or telephone with AFS.

The code must be quoted prior to quotation or order confirmation. Promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

Eligibility

This promotion is available to new customers only and applies exclusively to the first order or service engagement placed with AFS.

Commercial Quote Protection

AFS reserves the right to review, adjust, or refuse the application of the promotional discount where we reasonably believe that:

• pricing has been artificially inflated to maximise the discount;
• multiple enquiries are submitted to circumvent the promotion;
• services are bundled, split, or structured specifically to exploit the promotion; or
• the promotion is being used in a manner inconsistent with normal commercial purchasing practices.

Single Use

The promotion is limited to one use per customer, business, organisation, or group of affiliated companies, as determined by AFS.

Exclusions

The discount may not apply to:

• existing quotations or negotiated pricing;
• ongoing service agreements or contracts;
• maintenance plans or recurring service arrangements;
• call-out charges, emergency services, or third-party costs;
• projects where discounted pricing has already been applied.

AFS reserves the right to determine which services are eligible for the promotion.

Non-Transferable

Promotional codes AFS10, AFS10ins, AFS10WS and AFS10LI:

• are non-transferable;
• have no cash value;
• cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative offers.

Cannot Be Combined

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, offers, rebates, tender pricing, framework pricing, or negotiated commercial terms, unless expressly confirmed by AFS in writing.

Existing Customers

The promotion does not apply to existing customers, repeat orders, previously quoted work, ongoing projects, or services already scheduled or booked.

Amendment or Withdrawal

AFS reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice where necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, operational requirements, or where misuse is suspected.

Misuse or Fraud

AFS reserves the right to cancel orders, withdraw the discount, or refuse service where the promotion is used fraudulently, dishonestly, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

General

By redeeming or attempting to redeem the promotional code, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
